Orders can take 1-4 business days to process before shipping. Once your order has been placed your shipping option cannot be changed. Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all orders ship from Tema, Greater-Accra.
Note: Tracking details may be slower than normal to update but your order should still be safe in transit. Please allow for additional time for all deliveries.
1. Same Day Delivery:
- Cost: GHS 6/km (variable) from the warehouse + GHS 20 for same-day delivery.
- Availability: Orders placed before 1 PM GMT.
- Shipping Details: Orders placed after 1 PM GMT will ship the next business day. Not available for certain areas outside major cities.
2. Specific Weekday Delivery Across Ghana:
- Cost: GHS 6/km (variable) from the warehouse + GHS 2 for weekday delivery.
- Availability: Orders placed before specific cutoff times for each weekday.
- Shipping Details: Delivery times and availability may vary depending on the destination. Please check specific dates and times during checkout.
3. Weekend Delivery in Major Cities:
- Cost: GHS 6/km (variable) from the warehouse + GHS 10 for weekend delivery.
- Availability: Limited availability, check specific dates during checkout.
- Shipping Details: Orders placed on weekends may ship the following Monday. Not available for certain areas outside major cities.
