Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why we have a 5-day return policy for just about every* product at Shop-Konet. Here are a few things to note if you’re making a return:
THE NITTY GRITTY
Most* Shop-Konet products are guaranteed for 5 days after the purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a refund or exchange. Items must have been purchased from shop-konet.com and must be returned in their original condition (unwashed and unworn with tags, and in their original packaging). If used items are returned, a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit.
*The following items do not qualify for returns or exchanges: items marked as final sale, mystery boxes, gift cards, ReAnimator coffee, and warehouse sale purchases.
Two Ways to Return
1. Online Return Process:
Login to the Shop-Konet website
Go to your order, and choose which items or the whole order to return.
2. Email Return Process:
Send us an email at returns@shop-konet.com with the details of the order ID and item names or IDs. We will respond immediately with confirmation to initiate the process.
If you select an exchange, but the item sells out before your return is finalized, the exchange will default to a refund.
